The Nonprofit Program (NDP)
The course covers many of the topics found in a week-long HBS Executive Education program, without the need for travel. Participants will explore a range of nonprofit management and governance issues, some of which may be new or unfamiliar.
The case discussion method helps participants build confidence in navigating new, often ambiguous, and ill-defined situations. In many ways, it’s a concentrated way to broaden your management experience in a short period of time.

Participants explore key areas of management through the case method, building practical skills and strategic insight that can be applied immediately.
